Exchange and Refund

Refund is possible only if (i) caused by our mistake; and (ii) we could not correct it within three attempts. We would also bear the shipping cost of refunded items. However, please contact us in advance before shipping anything back. The refund amount includes the sales amount paid and and the initial shipping costs if borne by you;

Exchange:

Shoes can only be returned when (1) inform us within 30 days since the date of shoes receipt; and (2) shoes are unworn and undamaged, with protective film under the sole has not been removed;

Once the items have been received in good conditions, we will proceed with the exchange within 3-5 weeks since we have to order new item(s);

No exchange is available for different model or materials of the shoes. However, modification to the paid order is available within 48 hours since the payment is made.

We will bare the shipping cost for exchange items in case the mistake was caused by us. In other cases, The shipping fees of the returned goods will be on the customers.

– For first-time customer: We encourage you to try on our shoes, send us your feet measurements, and ask as many questions as possible to make us understand your need and customize shoes to fit you. We do understand that buying online may not be as accurate as offline, hence we will allow you to exchange one time should the size does not fit;

For return customers: Your exchange will be available only after contacting us to understand better the matters;

– As much as we want everybody to be happy, No Refund or Exchange are offered items on Sale
